RS-090-E+ Washing Machine Leak Detection & Automatic Shut-Off Outlet Box System

Build leak protection into your washing machine connection. The FloodMaster RS-090-E+ combines an integrated outlet box, hot and cold shut-off valves and a wired water sensor for laundry installations in homes and multi-unit properties.

Detect water and stop the supply

When water reaches the sensor, the system activates an audible alarm and closes the hot and cold water valves. Its recessed outlet-box format is suited to projects where the washing machine plumbing connection is being installed or upgraded.

Integrated laundry protection

• Recessed wall-mount outlet box with finished faceplate
• Dual-port ½-inch full-port brass motorized ball valve assembly
• Integrated receiver module
• Low-profile water sensor with an 8-foot lead
• Integral water hammer arrestors on the hot and cold supply lines
• Automatic valve exercise, local alarm indicators and manual reset
• Low-voltage output contacts for compatible building-management or alarm-panel integration

Is this the right fit?

Consider the RS-090-E+ for new construction, laundry-room renovations and plumbing upgrades where an integrated wall box makes sense. Have your installer verify wall space, pipe connections, power availability and any integration requirements against the manufacturer's current documentation.
