We accept Visa, Mastercard, and PayPal. Orders will not be processed until payment has been received in full.
4. Product Availability
Product availability is subject to change. While we do our best to keep inventory up to date, items may be discontinued or backordered without notice.
We reserve the right to substitute equivalent or improved products without notice, particularly if the changes do not affect functionality or performance.
5. Returns and Exchanges
Returns are accepted within 30 days of invoice date for new, unused, and unopened items in original packaging.
Used or installed items may not be eligible for return. A restocking fee may apply.
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@north42sales.com with your order number and reason for return. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or shipped in error.
6. Warranties
Most products we sell are covered under manufacturer warranties. Warranty coverage, terms, and duration vary by product and brand.
North 42 Sales will assist in facilitating warranty claims when possible, but we are not responsible for manufacturer decisions or delays.
7. Limitation of Liability
North 42 Sales shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or misuse of our products.
It is the responsibility of the purchaser or installer to ensure that the product is suitable for their intended application and that it is installed in accordance with all applicable building codes and safety standards.
8. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes shall be handled in the courts located within Ontario.
