🔁 Returns & Exchanges

• New, unopened products may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product cost.
• Items must be in resalable condition with all original packaging and accessories.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item was defective or sent in error.
• Special order items, used products, and installed equipment are not eligible for return.

🛠️ Defective Products

If you believe your item is defective, please contact us before sending it back. Many issues can be resolved quickly through the manufacturer’s support.

• We may request a manufacturer case number or a photo/video to assist.
• If a return is approved, we will provide instructions on how to proceed.
• Final assessment and replacement/refund decisions are made at our discretion in collaboration with the product manufacturer.
